In the course of protecting others there is a potential of being injured or causing injury. I will communicate how to perform within the law.
Use of Force
Defending yourself or others can be precarious and volatile. I will provide the relevant laws and communicate how they apply to your role as a security guard
Effective Reporting
Understanding reporting will make you successful. Knowing what to look for and how to be safe in the process will make you more effective.

Power to arrest is the most fundamental concept of being a security guard. We will study the laws that guide conduct of security guards.

This is the first certification needed to start working as a security guard.
Less Than Lethal
I would advise obtaining less than lethal weapon training although I cannot provide this certification at this time.
